Environmental Responsibility

The Almejal Philosophy is grounded in commitment to nature. It operates on four pillars of ecotourism—sustainability, conservation, environmental education and community participation. Besides an Environmental Management Plan, the Lodge has implemented policies of sustainability that are transmitted to the guests, in this way facilitating the protection work.

Two conservation projects are currently underway—our natural reserve and turtles.
